from National Defence University, Islamabad. He has 21 years of meritorious military
career with rich and varied experience in managing socio-economic development
projects in least developed war-torn areas. He has vast international exposure
including foreign training, assignments & appointments in the United Nations. He served
as an Operation Officer in the United Nations Peace Keeping Mission in the Democratic Republic
of the Congo in 2015-2016 and established a Refugee camp for Burundi.

Has thirty-five years of experience in the public sector, in collaboration with private partners in the fields of technology, project management, manufacturing, designing, life cycle support, human resource management & development, planning, budgeting, and resource management.

Participated in conferences, seminars, and exhibitions on technology development and adoption, indigenization, public sector institutional reforms, and collaborative research & development.

He was a member of various public sector policy & decision-making and regulatory forums. Was part of the teams assigned to prepare two national-level policies.  He also was a nominated member of the Engineering Development Board.

He has the honor of being included among the distinguished alumni of NED University of Engineering and Technology.

He has worked in every part of the country and traveled, related to work to more than a dozen countries, as well as served in the UN Peacekeeping mission in Europe.
